-Monday and Wednesday 7:00-8:00 PM (Early warm up available in shallow section; Locker room closed at 8:00)
-Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 
6:30-7:30 PM (Please exit locker room by 7:45)

-Sunday 1-2 PM
